My husband and his family had experience in the direct care and assisted living industries as their primary careers and were gearing to start a new assisted living facility. I would come home and vent about what was going on at my job. No matter how hard or long I worked, my paycheck was the same. What the company was asking me to give, they could not afford.
I resigned. Bam, we used our skills to start our assisted living business.
After earning my ALM certification, I had a binder full of certificates and a brain full of regulations. With my, my husband's, and his family's career experience, we STILL weren’t entirely prepared for the good, bad or ugly! We were making a $7,000 monthly profit, but I was exhausted and could not plan anything because we were consistently putting out fires.
I couldn't find any comprehensive or detailed resources (people or products) to tell me how to handle situations that I never had to in the corporate world, so I did research and developed policies, procedures, templates, workflows, and training programs, in addition to what was required to make OUR BUSINESS work for OUR LIFE.
Proactively implementing the right processes and tools to handle reactive business issues allowed our team to focus on what mattered most- our residents- which increased our overall revenue by more than four times.

What’s the difference between a course and a program?
A program is a collection of courses that are related to one another based on topics. Most times they are cumulative to the next course in the program, but can still be purchased and taken separately.
How long is each course?
The course lengths vary based on the content in each course.
What else do I receive with my courses?
Courses will come with supplemental materials. For instance, if the course covers teaching how to develop a marketing plan, a marketing plan template and sample marketing plans are included.
Do I save by purchasing more than one course at a time?
Courses within the same program are offered at a discounted price if you purchase the entire program.
If I preorder a course(s) and/or program, when will I receive it?
We will deliver courses and programs purchased before and during the preorder sale period via your email inbox in early September.
How will I receive the courses I purchase?
You’ll receive a link(s) to your purchased courses in your email inbox.
Do I have to take the course in one sitting?
No. You can start a course, stop and restart at any time.
This course is not what I expected. How do I get a refund?
Most importantly, our apologies. It is frustrating to have a purchase fail to meet expectations. However, we don’t offer refunds.

Will completing these courses make my dreams come true?
It depends on what your dreams are. We will say that these courses will prepare you to build a legacy for your family and start and operate a successful business that gives you the flexibility and freedom that you dreamed of when you decided to become an entrepreneur.
